you need to create your glitter brads are:
-embosser
-embossed glitter powder
-colored brads
-ink
you take the brads and dipping in the ink
then dip immediately into the dust from relief...sorry for my english :D
heat with the embosser being careful to heat
and here is the result! I hope this tutorial has been helpful! :)
